An imposing property, ONYX is located on the edge of a 250,000 square meter large secluded peninsula with a south-western orientation having unobstructed views across the crystal-clear water of the Aegean Sea and to the Temple of Apollo, on the sacred island of Despotiko.
The property’s very generous interiors carry the signature of famous architect Nikos Valsamakis and feature contemporary furniture by renowned international designers. The owners collection of works by acclaimed artists of the modern Greek and International art movement is spread through out the property.
ONYX can comfortably accommodate 14 guests in seven generous bedrooms, all but one featuring super king size beds, private ensuites, air-conditioning and excellent Wifi coverage. The bed configuration can vary from double to twins in all but two rooms.
All bedrooms have their own private outdoor seating areas with views of the mesmerising Aegean Sea over areas conceived by renowned Greek landscaper Helli Pangalou. Read a book, have a drink or simply doze off while looking at the endless sea.
The main vast covered terrace, has a beautifully designed large table accommodating up to 16 guests for pleasant al fresco dining whilst offering impressive sunsets facing the mesmerising sea, the uninhibited island of Despotiko and the temple of Apollo.
Multiple outdoor seating areas, fitted out with stylish Scandinavian and Italian furniture, are ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. A second smaller terrace with similarly magnificent Aegean views, offers more privacy and is transformed in the evenings into a home cinema. Both terraces are equiped with excellent quality speakers to enjoy your favourite music.
Swimming in the 25m pool mimicking the colours of the deep Aegean blue, one is immersed in the beauty of the Cyclades. Comfortable Talenti sun lounges and large umbrellas spread around the pool allow for endless hours of relaxing. One is so close to the sea and to the neighbouring Despotiko island that one thinks one may touch it.
