Designed by Argyro Pouliovali, KIVOE is conceived as a carefully composed architectural object embedded in the landscape. Composed of two refined cubes, it occupies a privileged position at the edge of the Peninsula of Art & Architecture, with direct access to a secluded beach and uninterrupted views across the Aegean.
Structured around generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, KIVOE’s design places particular emphasis on horizontality, materiality and openness to light. Interiors in soft tones inspired by the hues of the Aegean create a calm and relaxed setting, inviting an effortless indoor–outdoor way of living. As part of the PAA collection, it is designed to house a selection of curated artworks by contemporary modern artists
